I have been following NASCAR since the 70's where I was often fortunate to be pit side as opposed to the grandstands. I am very much a fan of the legends in racing that gave us such great memories and the foundation for the sport as we see it today.
Travels have taken me to short tracks throughout the south as well as major NASCAR sanctioned tracks.
Currently, as a Featured Columnist II, I am in my fourth year of writing for Bleacher Report. I've experienced media contact with many of the active drivers in the top three National Series of NASCAR and conducted one-on-one interviews with drivers of the past and present. My articles have been linked to some of the leading sports websites.
Yes Mam, Brooksville Florida, I take it you know where that is?
I really enjoyed your story today,. I am certainly a fan of yours. Your favorite memory is Big E winning the 500. My favorite is The king winning his 200th at Daytona when President Reagan was in attendance as was I. I sure do miss Dale. I only wish the HoF would induct Marvin Panch while he is still living. He is one of Nascar's 50 greatest and he is not in the hall. He is about 90 years old now. I met him years ago, what a gentleman. Take care Sandra, talk to you soon
Thank you for truth in reporting
Always glad to help, Sandra!
You're welcome, Sandra! I always enjoy the NASCAR articles. I'm interested to see the impact these new cars will have. Keep up the good work!
I don't know why that would be. You saw my feedback, didn't you?
Sandra, the link to the private message you sent me is no longer working. But to answer your question, I finished editing it nearly an hour ago.
Thanks for your note Sandra. Your articles are fair, refreshing, and informative. Keep up the wonderful work.
Sandra, what's your e-mail? I have a couple of questions for you.
No problem, Sandra. I can't get enough of that clip of him. Who even says phrases a threat like that? "It refrains me from not..." sounds like an Oxford professor, and then he ends it with threat of bodily harm on a journalist. Love it!
