  So you have been a NASCAR fan since the seventies, that leaves you short about 27 years from how long I have been a NASCAR fan, starting back in the late forties in Greenville at Greenville Pickens Speedway.......The races were at a time sell-outs before the corruption and government like give aways that infest real racing these days in NASCAR...the free pass, the wave around, start and park, invisible debris cautions, competition cautions, no continuity to anything NASCAR does, poor rule enforcement, poor rules, pathetic telecasts, NAZI like muzzle NASCAR puts on teams, drivers and the media in some places, the circus like atmosphere where ability is set aside and sex is used to replace drivers with better records, out and out lying by NASCAR to the public, a lack of cars at times to make a full field and filler cars are used that do not compete, hell, I could write a book on how NASCAR has gone downhill till you see what we have today.....I watch it on TV as I record it on Tivo, then skip the commercial telethons and watch the short race shown, but never will I support NASCAR as it exists today....I will however criticize NASCAR at ever opportunity in hopes real racing can be returned someday.
