About

I was born and raised in Parkersburg, WV, and have been a lifelong fan of WVU. I started writng about WVU sports about 2 years ago when I was asked to add content to anothers blog of WVU sports and caught the bug. I have no formal training, just a great aunt, a former teacher, that did her best to improve my grammar. As a young boy I did not do well in school. My aunt began having me visit every Friday. She would bake my favorite cake, German Chocolate. I was not allowed to eat any cake until I finished the lessons she had given me from the previous week. If you like my writing, all the credit goes to her.

Thank you Jeff. You know that helps me. I think it's time for Buie to start. What say you?

Thank you for the comment. It's time for you to write another article. By the way, I was raised in Charleston. Do you remember a kid named Kenny Fisher that played for New Martinsville and WVU as a receiver? He's my son in law. He is an awesome guy.

    Jeff, thanks for the like.

I'm sure you know this, but I wrote the article thinking about Geno Smith running the Houston Cougars, offense.

I've also heard about Houston from the rumor mill.

    Enjoy your week 3 weekend.
