About

http://JesseMedford.com

Go Vikings, Go Gophers, Go Twins! Oh, and the T-Wolves and Wild too. That is what Jesse L. Medford would say.

Medford has been a huge fan of the Vikings, Golden Gophers, Twins and North Stars (in that order), since 1981. Don't talk to him about the Dallas Stars. Norm Green ruined them, and the NHL for him. Medford also has a passion for the business side of NASCAR. Follow his related articles on Twitter @JesseMedford.

Medford grew up in So. St. Paul and Inver Grove Heights. During 1991 he was a St. Paul Suburban, All-Conference Honorable Mention, 119-pound wrestler. That is the same year he left the great state of Minnesota, for the Navy. Medford now resides in Lakeville, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.

Medford's daughter is a rising star gymnast, placing in the state championships. This has inspired Medford to a new interest in gymnastics, as one of his favorite sports to follow.

Writing has been a lifelong hobby for most of Medford's life. Occasionally he is paid for his work.

Medford's favorite reporters are Sid Hartman, Jay Adamczyk and Charley Walters. You will probably notice the similarity in writing topics and styles.

This past Monday, I had one of the greatest opportunities of my writing career.

An interview with NFL Hall of Fame quarterback, Fran Tarkenton.

He talked about everything from Brett Favre, to Peyton Manning, to business.

If you have a free moment, I'd love to get your thoughts on the interview...

    Hi Mr. Medford,

Just wanted to thank you for the input and for becoming a fan. Curious to know where you saw that it was rated though and just wondered if you could kill the cat's curiosity. ;-)

    Thanks,
    Cameon
