Jim has been watching NASCAR since about 1971, and has been an active fan since around 1979, the year that Dale Earnhardt won Rookie of the Year. Jim began writing and blogging about racing in 2004. Jim attends as many races as he can, but not nearly enough to suit him. When asked how many races he would like to see in person, Jim's answer is "All of 'em."

    B/R has changed up the 'tags' for us so we're under 'auto racing' now and the 'motorsports' is dead.

    I'll check your previous work and re-tag it.

    I finally finished my 7 part series...it got a little out of hand.

  15. Not a problem, L. J. I appreciate the debate and the criticism. I just hate endless Internet debates that never seem to end. Soon or later, I just want to go to bed or go to work or something.

    I'll switch sides in the middle too, just to keep it interesting, but only if I have time.
