Henry graduated from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University. He played football for Syracuse and was apart of their last bowl game season. Henry also plays rugby and was a member of the 2008 New York State all-star team.

He has interned at Nicktoons Network and NFL Films for the shows "Total Access" and "Playbook."
