About Mitch. »

I am a former Canadian Hockey Player living in Australia.I have been involved in hockey for some 63 years.
I have been a Leaf Fan since "The Turke" guarded the twine for the Leafs,..trust me ,.I have seen them all come and go.
I have also played the game in many cities through out the world.I was responsible for entering and bringing in players to Australia for two teams.
My last position in hockey before retiring two years ago,was "Director Of Player Personel" for "The Central Coast Rhinos" of The A.I.H.L.
I do hope my knowledge of sports in general will be of Help,Enjoyment, and Good Reading, as well as Good Humour(e).
All readers may feel very free to ask me any of your questions on Hockey,..I may add, I am also a level 3 Coach and belong to the Coaching Club Of Canada.Looking forward to talking to you when ever I get away from my Golf Bag.

I only remember when "Ruth" passed away in 1948,..But "Mays" Was Great Also.

I am not very knowledgable of The A.F.L. or N.F.L.,But,..Unitas was Great.
Jordan or Russell?

None better than "Jordan" when he was playing.
Gretzky or Orr?

Very Simple,..No greater forward than "Gretzky",No better "D" man than "Bobby."
Pele or Maradona?

I am not up on this stuff,but Pele was great.
Federer or Sampras?

A DRAW.
Tiger or Nicklaus?

Tiger with out a doubt, Is "The Great Of All Greats In Golf."
Petty or Earnhardt?

Count me out.
Schumacher or Senna?

Count me out.
