Sorry I didn't get back to your profile post till now, but I don't usually work on weekends and didn't check my profile. Not sure if you were talking about your No. 1 and No. 2 points being indented, but I reformatted it so they were all flush to the left.

I see you got the teaser jargon taken care of. You can always access the HTML of the piece and delete the offending lines manually. It tends to happen when pieces get copy and pasted over from Word.
