scott's Bio
I am huge fan of college football and the Ohio State Buckeyes. I am also very passionate about the St. Louis Rams and the Los Angeles Lakers. I'm getting tired of all of the off the field issues that has surrounded all of the major sports and has had a trickle down effect into the college ranks.
I am also a tremendous fan of "extreme" sports or "action" sports, whatever you call them now, and the personalities that drives them.
I was a college soccer player, but have never watched a single MLS game. Although I love the World Cup. Cristiano Ronaldo is my favorite player, but England is my "go to" team.
I hate winter and love music.
Favorite athletes include: Allen Iverson, Rickey Henderson, Dan Marino, Terry Glenn, Andre Rison and Carey Hart.

Hey Scott—Dave Mo here, a Bleacher Report Community Coordinator.
I've been spending time on our Lakers page and read a couple of your old articles. Really on-point analysis...you do good work.
Given that you haven't written in a while, I thought I'd check in and see if you're interested in picking up your coverage again. What do you say?
If not, it would be great if you could give me some feedback on why you decided to stop writing and what we could have done to better serve you. If you wouldn't mind, please shoot me a line at dmorrison@bleacherreport.com with any thoughts.
Thanks so much,
Dave Mo

Thanks for participating in Bleacher Reports’ official NFL mock draft.
I posted the article in two parts. Right now, the formatting is a little screwed up, but between Ryan and myself, hopefully we’ll get that resolved soon.
Anyway, check it out and let me know what you think. I think it came out pretty good.
Thanks again for participating!

Just wanted to fill you in on the mock draft plan.
I’m going to do a random draw for teams this weekend. So if you want to actually make picks, please let me know before Sunday morning (unless you already have, then don’t worry about it).
The plan right now is to hold the mock draft in a chat room on April 19th at 2:00 PM EST. Please let me know if this works for you. Depending on everyone’s availability, we may move the time around a bit. I’ll send out the chat room info and the exact time it’s scheduled towards the middle of next week.
The format will be like this:
I’ll announce that the Dolphins are on the clock, whoever is making their pick will make it and give their reason for the pick. Everyone else will get a few minutes to comment on the pick. Then we’ll announce the next team in on the board.
I’m not sure yet if we’ll put all of the comments in the article (I would like to), it depends on how long it ends up. We may end up having to select the best comments for each pick.
I’m looking forward to working with you, should be great!
Email me at scrowe@gmail.com or post a comment on by bulletin board if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Sean

Cool. Glad you're interested.
I'll be sending the details out once I have them all ironed out.
Do you have an email address I could send the info to? If so, please email it to me at scrowe@gmail.com.
Looking forward to this. Should be fun.
Thanks,
Sean

Hey Scott,
I'm trying to put together an official Bleacher Report mock draft. I've discussed it a little with Zander and Trey. I'm curious if you'd be interested in handling any of the teams? I'm trying to get 4 or 5 of the NFL guys to take 5 or 6 teams each.
The plan would be to schedule the draft, meet in a chat room somewhere, and everyone can make their picks and comments. Then we'll post the chat as the official Bleacher Report mock draft.
Anyway, let me know if you're interested. And if you are, let me know which teams you'd want to handle (the only two that are taken so far are the Patriots and Vikings).
Thanks,
Sean

Hey, I was reading your mock draft column, which I enjoyed, but I wanted to give you a little constructive criticism if you don't mind.
The more you tell us that you're watching game film, the less we believe you. If your article is well informed, there's no need to tell us how you got the information.
It's like you're trying to convince the readers that you know what you're talking about rather than letting your article do it for you.
Just some constructive criticism. I enjoyed the Mock, even though I disagree with your assessment of Matt Ryan...

Hey scott,
I just wanted to let you know that Bleacher Report has launched out of beta with an updated look and feel and some great new features. Check out the "Game On" link in the header to find out more.
Next week we'll be launching the site to the world with some public announcements—and it'd be great to get a contribution from you between now and Tuesday to make Bleacher Report's launch a success.
Let me know if you need any help with ideas or have questions. Have a great weekend scott!

Hey Scott—check out this hoops forum when you have a chance:
http://www.otrbasketball.com/forums/
One of Bleacher Report's writers (Brandon Neal) actually runs it...he's agreed to bring some of his NBA die-hards on board, and in exchange we told him we'd encourage our best basketball gurus to check out his site.
Thanks Scott,
Z
