About

I'm from Ohio so I grew up all things Cleveland - Cavs, Tribe, and Browns. Basketball is my favorite thing in the world, though there is something exhilarating about a fall Saturday in Columbus.

I've recently been made a featured columnist for the Cleveland Cavaliers here at B/R. I'm really thankful for the opportunity and am honored that the site thinks high enough of me to feature me regularly. Hopefully, you readers feel the same way!

Most of my Cavalier-related articles on B/R will be big picture idea & opinion pieces, but if you want to see game-by-game previews, recaps, and more informal thoughts, check out my Cavs blog at http://nbaprimetime.com or http://www.mtrmedia.com/cavaliers.

And you can check out/follow/laugh at me on Twitter at: http://twitter.com/efelkey86

i thought you might find find thsi intresting hopefully thsi website takes it
why A nba buzzer beater is similar to the 2010 nba free agency
As a Cavs fan ever since Lebron James got knocked out of the playoffs I have been nervously scanning the headlines on the web for any hint of his new destination.
ESPN is my main threat towards solving the big mystery of King James. The clock ticking down towards the infamous date of July 1 ticks down fast and then gets slower and slower like the shot clock In a NBA game . The crowd rises to there feet as if mesmerized by the rhythm of the ball bouncing on the hard wood. One by one they glance at the clock watching those numbers count down towards a buzzer beater. Nba fans are watching the countless different clocks online counting down towards July1 first the same way.

Personally I think they'd do a lot better to either Reach for Eric Bledsoe or trade down for him. Earl Watson is in no way the long term solution at PG and I think that Bledsoe could be one of those players who absolutely explodes when he gets to the NBA.

Eric, I'd just like to tell you how I enjoyed your article on how Cleveland sports are dying. I know the feeling. None of my teams have won a championship since I was one (I don't remember it--Packers Super Bowl). I really enjoy your writing.
