Steve's Bio
Finally, a reason for me to personally be excited about Web 2.0! It's only fitting that 25 years after being writer and Co-Editor/Sports Editor of my H.S. newspaper, I'd be drawn to this site. Oh, I've had a few emails responded to by well recognized journalists, but nothing special.
Bounced around from school to school and town to town in my K-6 years due to my father's job, I consider myself a displaced St. Louis Cardinals fan now living in the great state of Texas...

Hey Steve, I'm not working in firefox today so here's some editor's feedback.
Great article! I just tweaked your headline, changed your teaser a bit, and made some other edits to style. Make sure everything checks out to your liking—keep up the awesome work!

Steve, thanks for becoming a fan. I appreciate it. I 'm a Reds fan but grew up watching the Cardinals quite a bit. Willie McGee, believe it or not, was my favorite player. I have a signed baseball card from him and everything. I liked St. Louis a whole lot better when you guys were in the East and we were in the West. It's not as fun since you've been pounding us in the Central...

Hey Steve, thanks for the add! I've got to say, I read your stuff on Pujols, and it just seems that he'd be better to take the time and get it healthy. Imagine if he were to play through this and basicalyl have the elbow "explode" on him in September—not only does it affect the Cardinals late in the season (granted, they may not contend, but strange things happen to the "unexpected" teams) but then he's rehabbing all of 2009. I appreciate his drive, and his willingness to play and perform at a high level, but as a person who's had to rehab a knee after trying to play through something serious, I'm not sure how long he'll last.
