Josiah Hager grew up in New York. He became a fan of Kevin Garnett during his rookie season, and followed the ups and downs (there were more of the latter) of the Timberwolves for several years. He has converted to a Celtics fan to follow his favorite athlete, a decision which he is pretty certain meets all the requirements of a valid reason to ditch a favorite team. He also loves Randy Moss and Roger Federer, and yes, The Evil Empire. He has worked in camping, journalism, sales, retail, and outdoor education.
