Sweet, well written article man. Your points on what the Rangers should do are dead on. I agree that they shouldn't trade Teagarden for anything, and that Laird should be the one to go. As for the Matt Cain deal, that won't happen because we have Buster Posey in the wings and he'll be our catcher of the future.

Hamilton needs to be priority number one, and it looks as though hes found a great place in Arlington. His teammates respect him and vice versa, I hope for his sake, and for Ranger's fans sakes that he stays.

I agree it is time for the Rangers to step up and seize this division. The Mariners and A's are dead in the water, and I think the Rangers can contend seriously next year with a couple smart additions.
