I was born, and still live in, Gwinnett County, Georgia. I go to North Gwinnett High School, and my dream job would be an NFL analyst, scout or coach. I'm a die hard Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs fan for as long as I can remember, but i still support the Atlanta teams through thick and thin. I support the Jacksonville Jaguars because their fanbase is similar to the Falcons in my opinion. I annually go to the Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta, and I've seen Indy Car racing at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama. I like to travel and visit stadiums and other venues. I've been through 25 states, and I've been to 6 NFL stadiums (Falcons, Browns, Bengals, Panthers, Cardinals, and Steelers), 6 college football stadiums (Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia, Pitt, Tennessee, Arizona), and 5 MLB stadiums (Braves, Indians, Reds, Pirates, D-Backs).
Yeah man!! Hmmm are you from Atlanta dude? What do you think of the Falcons draft?
Yeah, I'm from Atlanta, like all the teams there. What do you think of the braves?
Hahaha take a lot of luck for any of them to drop to us!
Nice! Really the only football game I played as a kid was NFL Blitz on the PS1. Now I usually get all the Madden releases for PS3.
Yeah, Marty Hurney really screwed us by over paying players. We need all defense in the Draft. Last season though, of our 9 losses, only 2 of them (Giants, Broncos) were by more than 7 points. The rest were 7 or fewer. So, we were always hanging in games, just couldn't finish them out. I'm not too worried heading into this season. Cam knows this is the year he has to really prove himself so I'm expecting him to continue he good play from the end of last season. Steve Smith is old, but he has one year left in him. LaFell has to step up as the #2 WR though. Also, Rivera knows that if we don't make the playoffs, or at least come close, he's out as our coach.
Assuming we get Sheldon Richardson are another top DT with our 1st pick and some quality CBs later on, I think we can make a strong push for the playoffs. Were still pieces away from being major contenders though.
Not sure if that elementary school is around anymore. I went to Cedar Hill and then Winn Holt my 5th grade year. No, pretty much all my family lives and is from Georgia. When I was smaller and just getting into football, I didn't have any connection with any team whatsoever but my family were casual Falcon fans. I wanted to be different. I remember seeing deep balls from Jake Delhomme to Steve Smith and I was hooked. It is odd that I have no relation to Charlotte but I am a huge Panthers fan. There's a place inside me for the Falcons, it's just very deep lol.
Hey man. Saw where you go to North Gwinnett! That's pretty cool! I went to Central Gwinnett, graduated last year.
