Um i really liked Run the Jewels, Brotha Lynch Hung- Manibelector, Freddie Gibbs- ESGN, JOey Bada$$ summer knights, Papoose Nacirema Dream, Kid Cudi Indicud, Prodigy and Alchemist Albert Einstein, Tech N9ne Something else, Yeezus, heaps haha
if theres an email on your page from me, ignore that ha, i accidentally posted it and can't delete it..
Yeah, Kush and OJ is a classic, the music he used to put out will make me forever have Wiz as one of my favorite artists.. I actually really liked ONIFC, i thought the production was on point, but man that new song 'We Dem Boyz' is absolute trash! I don't get why he tryna do the Keef thing and change up his style completely, i was shocked when i heard it.. Yeah man, OverDoz is sick, listen to 'Hiroshima' and 'Pasadena' both video's are crazy too, they real drug influenced artists like Spitta and Wiz etc, but much more trippy.. What wee some of your favorite albums/mixtapes of last year?
Did you hear that ASAP Nast song with Method Man, forgot what that song was called, but shit that was good and unexpected.. Rocky just released this song with Baauer- Riot Rave, pretty much an instrumental is pretty sick..
Ha bro, drive in theatre is so good, Spitta never disappoints, the song E.T with B-Real so sick.. I miss the days where Wiz and Curren$y were on the come up together and bringing out the video's like 'How Fly' and so on.. Yeah pretty much all A$AP songs now get raped by the mainstream, such a shame, his first mixtape- livelongASAP or whatever it was called was so good.. I'm getting into OverDoz. at the moment, you know them?
Pete rock, i really like Pete rock and CL Smooth.. I love old hip hop and new hip hop, i love kendrick, chance the rapper and MF Doom, i like Schoolboy's oxymoron but i feel he's too relevant and his sound may not be around in a few years time, but as for me, old school that i like is; Keith Murray, Redman, Busta Rhymes, Onyx, A Tribe Called Quest, Jeru tha Damaja. and then for more relevant artists i like Tech N9ne, Freddie Gibbs, Action Bronson, Curren$y, Pro Era, Wiz Khalifa, Kid Cudi, i really used to like Asap Rocky but he sold out major man..
Yeah Bogut brings a bit of roughness/ aggression too that i think is vital for any playoff team.. Oh true, i'm not sure how hot that means SA is haha because our temperatures are read different over here, like a hot day over here is about 30C ha.. Yeah thinking that Texas looks like a cowboy dessert town is so typical, yet like extremely stereotypical! hah.. Yeah i really like that Seattle grunge era where the likes of Pearl Jam, Nirvana and Soundgarden emerged.. do you like hip hop?
What's you average temperature over there? I've got SA imagined as some country western desert looking place with cactuses and shit haha.. but i know it's nothing like that! Yeah, GSW has been a major surprise i think this year, i was expecting much better from Iggy, you guys have been lucky with Bogut not being so injury prone this year too.. Blake was a good pick up for the bench, you guys should have gone hard after Big Baby or mayby Antwan? Your back up big men have been underachieving, i thought Speights was so much better! Yeah man, music and basketball are my two favorite topics! I like a wide range of music, but it's only become wider as i've got older and have developed a better understanding of listening to music haha.. I love hip hop, definitely my favorite genre, but then i also love indie music, i love old school rock like the Doors, Jimi, and 90's like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Chris Cornell, i grew up with rock, my parents are heavily into rock and play in bands and that carry on.. but yeah, i don't like too much mainstream, i prefer to discover some underground sort of artist, not too underground though.. i could list of so many artists across the genres that i like but no point if you not into them haha, so what music you into? I got to see Eminem live a couple of weeks ago, his first New Zealand show, it was so big for NZ, like real old people were there even to get the experience!
Spread the word... I'm back.
