Well not really. You do post it, but only a few people will join. I have 18 people joined mine and 5 or 6 others who missed the sign up. But When your new most people will not just sign up. First you have to build up a fan base, and becoem popular by writing.

P.S- If you do start a league I will join, and from the looks of it so will Dynamite

you could have a quiz and keep rankings and points ro yuo could do a fantasy league or prediction league(even though other guys are already doing those things)
