Majesh's Bio
I'm a die-hard Chicago Sports fan who had definitely had his life span shortened due to years of following Chicago teams. I yearn for the days of Jordan & Co., but am stuck with Gordon & Co. I bleed Cubbie-blue and each year a fresh wound is opened to add my plethora of scars, but when a new spring training rolls around, I am fully healed. There is nothing more frustrating in the world than watching the Bears two-headed Quarterback monster, Grossman/Orton stink up Soldier field, that I actually wish the spaceship inside the stadium would fly out to space and take them away.
I've dreamt about being a Cubs play-by-play man ever since I watched Harry Caray yuck it up on WGN. This spurred my interest in Sports Journalism, and I was a sports writer and columnist for the Daily Illini at the best college in the world, the University of Illinois, for three years.
I follow the entire spectrum of sports, including Soccer(Football for the rest of the world) and even Cricket! There is nothing that I love more than talking sports, any time, any place.

Well, I just suggested we have a Cubs rountable on a weekly bais and I thought another guy was going to help but he didn't want to, so if you'd like to help me with that, I have many of the e-mail addresses. Why not send me a list of questions/ Thanks, Bob

Hey Majesh,
Loved your article on Dennis Rodman. Did a few small edits but nothing too big. Remember to keep paragraphs short and sentences concise.
Keep up the great work and I look forward to reading the next installment of your Villain starting lineup.

Majesh,
To include links in articles, you should paste your article into the Submission Module, highlight the text you want to link, then click the Link button (the one with a picture of a chain on it) in the Editing Toolbar. This will call up a pop-up window that will ask you to enter the URL of the link; doing so will create a link in the text.
Please let me know if you run into any problems, and thanks very much for sharing your work.
Best,
Ryan

Why not? Lets do one and have it focus primarily on trade possibilities.
For example: What would you give up for Sabathia? How much of a risk is AJ Burnett? Who is a dark-horse candidate to come in via trade?
What do you think?

Thanks for the pick, Majesh! I feel like I have to put a disclaimer on that article though, as it was written by me—a White Sox fan.

Hmm.. you're probably right.. but the media here in India have done enough of that... it's kind of boring to hear this ipl vs. icl thing now! Anyway, there is no contest because the ipl is head and shoulders above the icl in every way.. but yeah, you're right about the marginalisation of icl players being wrong - the BCCI are monopolising cricket and it is sort of sad.

Hey Majesh,
Yeah! I really do want to write about the IPL.. will do that soon.. don't worry!
I actually went for the Chennai match against B'lore.. it was depressing.. that said I did go for the match against the Mumbai Indians which we shaded so I'm pretty ok abt that..
Do you follow the IPL? Which team do you follow/support?
Cheers,
Shyam

We paid him way too much, did we? I sure hope Berrian doesn't blow up on us...do you think he will?

I think that the o-line will be stronger because Williams will come in and play left tackle, John Tait can go back to right tackle where he is more comfortable, and Olin Kreutz will still be able to hold down at center. Overall I think that we are still in need of a good guard, but we certainly aren't strained at o-line compared to other offensive spots.

Happy to help, Majesh. Keep the good stuff coming.
