I am a long time Nascar race fan dating back to the 1963 Daytona race. I love motorsports of all types, especially Nascar, and NHRA. Spent all of my adult life in lower Alabama, Mobile and Atmore. Owned a successfull plumbing business, then sold it to one of my employees to pursue my dream in the Nascar circuit, as a showcar representative. It took me many places and allowed me to make new friends, some of which are very near and dear to me today. I have traveled extensively the past 8 years as a showcar rep for Dale Earnhardt Inc. however this year, since I am no longer working for DEI, I have been showing the Army top fuel dragster for Tony Schumacher. I live in the Jacksonville, Fl area with my wife Linda, and am President and Owner of South Shangri-la Publishing. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, fishing, and riding my Harley - Davidson motorcycle.
