I am a junior graduating this year from the University of Wisconsin-Madison journalism school. Since the age of two, I have been loyally following my sports teams with a passion. (Red Sox, Steelers, Badgers, Penguins, and many more) After covering the men's soccer team for the Badger Herald last season, I am now the beat writer for the defending national champion women's hockey team. After I serve time in the AmeriCorps, I hope to be following sports for a living.

    What, 475 players can't transfer from a basketball program in 3 years?!?! haha.

    Thanks for the edits. The 475th vs spelling it out always gets me. I know to spell out anything below 10, but I need to get my act together with the rest of them. Thanks again.

    Thomas, thanks for the edits...While Gonzaga and Wisconsin may have a majority of black players on their team, Duke has 75% white...unheard of in this day and age

    Race was not supposed to be one of the major topics in my article but I guess it turned out that way
