Great CFC articles man
john i love Ur videos especially neymar's and ronaldinho's.
Hi john. You are Dumb.
Hey John. I've been following CFC on the site for a good number of years and I just recently read your webchat and my response to some of the questions you posed are this: Mourinho for me is still the best option, I think questioning the competition level is foolish. You could say that for Man Utd in 2011. Or Man Utd right now for that matter. Still the best option b/c while he may not bring in young players he consistently finds the right players for what he needs and wins. I also agree Joachim Low is a perfect option. I think Guus would be great in a Sporting Director role as well.
For signing players I agree we need a holding midfielder. I think we need an energetic player like Ramires but one who is good with the ball. Vidal is a very smart option. Jack of all trades really. I'd love Fellaini as well. Just depends on the price. Going forward I agree we need a guy with just pure pace. I honestly doubt we could sign Pedro but I would look for James Rodriguez from Porto. He has boat loads of pace and dribbling ability, his control is perfect, a fantastic playmaker. He truly is a world-class talent. Definitely a player I'd like to see join.
Anyway hope to read more, your pieces are quite good and these are just some of my thoughts.
Hi John, long time reader, first time poster. What makes the best footballer? Natural talent or athletic ability? Many people suggest that as long as you’re athletic you will succeed in football. Whereas examples such as Gazza, John Barnes and John Hartson suggest you can get away with being slightly top heavy and still succeed at the top level? Would Usain Bolt, if given the correct training at the right age, have succeeded at anything he tried his hand at? I couldn’t see Gazza doing too well in the 100m.
