I'm a sports fan born and raised in the city of Chicago by a father who loved his Red Wings. As such, I've collected a weird love of both Chicago and Detroit sports teams; the Red Wings first and foremost, and when it comes to football, the Bears and the Lions. Baseball has seen me move away from the Cubs and to the Tigers, as there's no hope for the Cubs to ever win anything.

I now live in the hockey-less city of Seattle, and can only satisfy my hockey cravings by keeping my Center Ice subscription, going up to Vancouver for games every now and again, and attending Blackhawks (who I'm not really a fan of, but lots of my friends are) games in Chicago when I go back to visit.
