s is possible for a team to use trade exception for another player or combine part of it with another player to acquire another player to make it equal? If team A wants player X(10mil salary) from Team B, but team A has only 5mil player exception, can team A trade one its players making 5mil along with the trade exception to get player X from team B? Thanks.

How about using part of your trade exception or once you use it, you have to use the entire amount per transaction/trade? Thanks.

Bob...you can help better than me. We need to spread the word that the first time lebron is back in Cleveland that no one booos or says anything at the Q. We all stand up and turn our backs to the floor as lebron james name is announced.
