I've been saying this for along time now. Most of our defense was gone with injuries, but we still held on til the very end. I...
Die hard Cowboys fan!
Hey Bobby, I saw your message a few days ago but I'm in the middle of a move to Abilene, TX. I had a chance to jump on and respond to you so I thought I would! I think the hurry up warrants legitimate consideration, really anything would be helpful at this point. The offense seems very efficient when Tony Romo is making the calls. I can't imagine it'd hurt at this point as we're getting to the point of no return.
Thanks for becoming a fan Bobby!
That's exactly my point. I don't think there is as much value in trading up. Landry Jones, Tyler Bray, and E.J. Manuel are my 4-6 quarterbacks who should be available. The Cowboys would be foolish to trade a 2013 1'st, a 2013 2nd, and a 2014 1'st for someone like Gino Smith when there are so many other needs on this team.
I really hope that Jerry makes the right moves. I think with proper scouting and a realistic vision the Cowboys can rebuild in one season (2 drafts) and be contenders by 2014-2015
Hey I appreciate your comment on my bulletin board Bobby. I hope the Cowboys draft smartly this year. This is the most crucial draft in the past 10 years in my opinion. A quarterback, to me, is the most crucial piece. If you need to trade up to get one, you have to. There is enough depth to wait until the second round but you can't let other teams nab great prospects.
