Janelle Jalbert is a native of Southern California who enjoys a variety of racing formats and venues. After teaching for nearly a decade and always having a desire to write more than comments on student papers, Janelle used her passion for motorsports, took the leap into having her say, and now thoroughly confuses her students who can’t believe you can be an “intellectual” and an avid racing fan. She enjoys the history and stories behind motorsports as much as the actual competition.

Janelle has covered Southern California motorsports as the Southern California Motorsports Examiner and was named NASCAR Truck Series Examiner for Examiner.com.

In addition to motorsports, Janelle enjoys following the Lakers, beach volleyball, and surfing. She regularly participates in half marathons and is familiar with various adaptive sports.

    Hey Janelle,

    Thought I'd let you know that there is a CWTS community on B/R, I'm the C/L of it. If you get a minute hope you'll join the community and continue to contribute writing on the series. I do most of the stuff, a few others will contribute peieces from time to time. You'll find the star drivers are tagged, need to have a few more drivers added but you can still tag pieces with the Camping World Truck Series, most of the tracks have tags and can us 2009 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series as a event tag. Let mme know if you have any questions, if I can't answer them know who to ask.
