About

I'm originally from Bryn Mawr, PA but I now live in Philadelphia. I grew up following Villanova basketball and was a big fan of both Michael Jordan's Bulls and the Philadelphia Sixers. I attended college at Temple University where I majored in broadcast journalism.

While attending Temple I got my first start writing for HoopsTV, a basketball site which specialized on in depth stories of basketball players from the high school to pro level and how they made a name for themselves in the basketball realm. I conducted countless interviews with players like Russell Westbrook, Rajon Rondo, Shawn Marion, Kevin Love, OJ Mayo, Andrew Bynum and even Donovan McNabb.

I also wrote for the Philadelphia Metro newspaper as the Temple basketball and football sports writer as well as had my own radio show Temple Sports Hour where I'd interview athlete's, coaches and sports personalities throughout the different seasons.

Post college I've been a sports writer for the ESPN TrueHoop Network, the Philadelphia Metro, the highly popular Philadelphia Sixers blog Philadunkia, as well as a sports editor for the South Jersey Courier-Post newspaper which covers the Philadelphia market as well.

I'm an avid follower of the NBA and college basketball and I'm excited about what the 2012-13 seasons will bring. I'll be here every step of the way with in depth coverage of the Atlantic Division.
