Bryan has been scouting college football prospects for the NFL Draft for nearly 20 years. His experience includes holding the position of Director of Player Scouting for a boutique agency that represents aspiring professional football players. Through the years, Bryan has met with several NFL scouts and high-ranking personnel executives at pro days, private workouts, and the annual NFL Scouting Combine. Through those meetings, Bryan learned exactly what NFL teams value in a prospect, both on and off the field. He has refined his scouting abilities through continuing education combined with practice, practice and more practice. Most recently, Bryan launched FRG Scouting (FirstRoundGrade.com).

Bryan's expertise extends to the Chicago Bears, as he has studied and followed the franchise for his entire life.

Bryan is a member of the Football Writers Association of America and is a licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey.

Bryan and his wife are the proud parents of two young boys.
