Michael's Bio
My name is Michael Wagner and I am the Community Leader for the Chicago Blackhawks and a top ten writer for the NHL section. Although I am a huge Chicago sports fan I was not raised in the Windy City, rather I was raised in America's Finest City, San Diego, CA. I just recently graduated from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT and am currently looking for a job (preferably in a sports based company)
I was raised by my father and most of my Chicago based family to be a hardcore Chicago sports fan, my dad now thinks I'm crazy because I live and breathe Chicago sports.
I have just built a new Chicago Blackhawks website named West Madison Times. This site is were I will be doing consistent updates for the playoffs, the offseason and hopefully next season.
Check it out here: http://westmadisontimes.blogspot.com/
I am now also writing for the Los Angeles Kings on http://thehockeywriters.com so check out some of my articles over their.
In September I will begin writing about the Chicago Blackhawks on Fan Huddle, along with fellow Bleacher Report writer Tab Bamford. I hope that many of you will look to that site for for more in-depth coverage on the Blackhawks
If you ever want to talk about Blackhawks Hockey, Cubs baseball. Padres baseball or working together on an article for The Bleacher Report then drop me a line at:

With each big name that is leaked to steroid use, America's most hated player is slowly becoming its most trusted. The biggest names in baseball are falling subject to steroid use.

There's so much I could write about right now... I'm torn between going big for my 400th or, at the rate I write, just wait until mid-August after the MLB trade deadline & football starts to go big for my 500th. LOL.
Any thoughts? I'm kinda layin' low on the Hawks right now trying to feel out where my gut tells me there's an idea to move on. This is kinda the dead time before the fun begins when the NHL defers to football for a month and then kicks it into high gear. I'm sure my Bears writing is about to jump thru the roof again; I haven't touched them since the draft and I'm starting to feel the itch to go back

My latest article is about the evolution of a quiet kid from Spokane to a man on a mission in the Cubs minor league system. I hope you enjoy reading it as much I did writing it.
