About Scott »

I love to write and I love to talk sports. Nothing makes me happier than arguing over who's better in any sport, any position. My favorites are NFL, MLB and NBA. I still get choked up talking about the Knicks in the 1990s. Being a sports writer has always been a dream of mine. I just never put 100% into it because it seemed unrealistic, and I was just setting myself up for disappointment. It would be my dream to make good money doing something I love. To be able to travel and share my opinions on topics that I love and am passionate about. To interact with and be around the athletes and people I respect. Thats my idea of happiness.

I like players who play hard. Players who play hurt. That sign autographs and interact with fans. Players who dont opt out their contract just for more money. That dont demand trades. Players who revolutionize the game.
Players who will die with thier team logo.

Thanks to BR, I recently interviewed Knicks legend Earl Monroe. Here is what he had to say on a variety of topics, including the current state of the Knicks!

Since all else has failed, I see no reason for the Knicks not to sign Allen Iverson.

Scott,

Thanks for becoming a fan.

Yes, that was quite a thrill. Maybe the best example of an underdog winning I have witnessed in person.

And I also liked the 5 game series for the first round. Puts a lot of pressure on the top seeded teams.
