Popular Radio Program "This American Life" Visits Penn State
11/21/2009
Hey guys! My name is Megan and I am currently a junior at Penn State University (I am on the right in my profile picture). I am an Integrative Arts major and I am studying graphic design and professional writing, and I am interning at Bleacher Report for the current football season.
At a young age I grew up on Penn State football and I have always been a huge fan of the nittany lions. Attending games with my family since I was a little girl has turned me into a pretty hardcore fan-there is no excuse for missing a game, ever! It has always been my dream to become a Penn Stater and I couldn't be any more proud to be part of the Penn State nation.
My previous writing experience includes being published in Voices Reading Eagle (my hometown newspaper) and this past summer I was an intern at State College Magazine.
I am also a fan of Philadelphia teams, and mostly follow the Eagles and the Flyers. I enjoy watching college football the most though, of course!
Im looking forward to being a Campus Voice intern and a representative of Penn State football.
last but not least.......WE ARE... =)
Penn State will play great in the Capital One Bowl. 10-2 and ranked 13 in the BCS is nothing to be ashamed of.
Last weekend Penn State got a very special visit from the staff of “This American Life,” a very popular radio and television show that revolves around stories of everyday people...
Megan does not have any awards.
