Award-winning journalist, two APSE (Associated Press Sports Editors) writing awards for Best Feature and Best News Story and winner of the top sportswriting award in the state of Pennsylvania, Best Overall Story, for a three-part series on Title IX. Became a big-time Temple football fan during the Owls' nation-best 14-game winning streak in the 1970s and remained one through thin and thin since.
