Adrian "A-Train" Vicente is a self-professed basketball addict who writes about the game in his spare time. He hails from Queens, New York.
A lifelong student of the game, A-Train grew up with basketball all around him. Good friends were high school teammates of current NBA players Lamar Odom and Rafer Alston, as well as bunkmates with Stephon Marbury, Tim Thomas and Adonal Foyle at Five Star Basketball Camp.
A-Train started at point guard for his high school for three years, playing against several Division I players including Desmond Herod (UNLV, Seton Hall) and Kevin Morris (Georgia State). A former teammate is the son of Herb Turetzky, the New Jersey Nets' official scorekeeper since 1967.
A-Train walked on, and just as soon walked off, the team at a Division III college in the Midwest, opting to focus on excessive partying and journalism instead. However, he still plays regularly and feels confident enough to say he can hold his own (offensively, at least) against anyone.
Overall, he's a good dude. He appreciates you reading what he has to say and welcomes your comments.

The tattoo Raja Bell has is clearly a lion. You can even see the tail has the little bit of fur on the end like a lion. It's quite obvious to me. Anyways, about that $5... I spent $400 celebrating the Packers win, so I could use that money.
