Hey Steven—Dave Mo here, a Bleacher Report Community Coordinator.
I've been spending time on our McLaren-Mercedes page and read a couple of your old articles. Really on-point analysis...you do good work.
Given that you haven't written in a while, I thought I'd check in and see if you're interested in picking up your coverage again. What do you say?
If not, it would be great if you could give me some feedback on why you decided to stop writing and what we could have done to better serve you. If you wouldn't mind, please shoot me a line at dmorrison@bleacherreport.com with any thoughts.
Thanks so much,
Dave Mo
We definitely want your input on the F1 Hall of Fame the Bleacher Report is setting up for us so try to stay in touch.
The F1 section is growing madly.
Are you still with us? A new round table is up and running. Drop me a line.
Yeah mate I will be your fan, think your a good writer, keep it up mate.
Ha ha ha ... I used to get my hair cut on the front street at Monroes Hair Salon and I have a GF who used to live in Eleventh Street ... Nice little place ... You know me mate, a fountain of knowlegde !
I have heard of Blackhall ... I live like a stones throw away ... I have friends in Blackhall ... Scary stuff !
Just a quick one to say, even though I sometimes forget to say it in the comments I leave and respond to, I am thankful for any comments and points raised whether in opposition or support or in critique of my work and points. Thank you all very much and thanks for taking the time to read!
No worries, mate. I write a series called "Racing 101" to help better educate people on racing.
You may want to break your stories into bite-sized chunks. That's a problem I have - keeping it simple.
I'm a stickler for detail, love to teach and believe knowledge is made to be shared. It's just a matter of people being able to absorb it.
So keep that in mind, and you'll have plenty of stuff to write about, and readers to read it.
Steven. I was reading your piece on Learning Formula One, and instead of editing it, I thought I'd let you know it needs quite a bit of work (and that's just the section on qualifying). The new format in 2008 is 20/15/10 minutes for Q1,Q2,Q3. Also, all cars will qualify for the race, it's just a matter of setting the starting lineup (whereas in NASCAR there are cars that won't make the field.)
Just thought I'd give you a heads' up and chance to make what looks to be a good article better.
