I don't perform, but am one of the guys bringing in the money so the show can go on. I won't put a cheap plug in for the organization, but will tell you we perform Shakespeare and other classics--that should give you enough to find us.

How do you feel about them Raiders management?
As for me, they make me sick - almost destroyed Moss' career, and now giving 70M to that CB while not paying Asomugha, the best CB in the league.

If the Raiders had any semblance of a run defense, Asomugha would be mentioned right up there with Champ Bailey - actually, he is better.

Berkeley alum here, and still bitter that Tom Brady pass was ruled forward motion and not a fumble in the playoffs against the Raiders.

Wow, I totally went off on a rant there. anyways, thanks again.

Thanks for the compliment, I feel weird saying I write well, haha. Honestly, hockey's pretty much my world 100% of the time, and the Sharks (the team I grew up with) are my favorite thing to write about next to politics. Yes, politics, haha. I will definitely try to throw in some opinions/features in the future, but sometimes I like to steer away from that because usually my recaps are spiced up with my opinion.

after you mentioned butt shot, I immediatley changed the photo haha. anyway, I feel really bad for osu! no one should suffer through such a horrible season (except asu). I drove past asu on the freeway today on the way to sky harbor and saw their ugly yellow A that they copied from us.. anyway, I hope that they bubble it up and we make it in on sunday, that would really be a sweet ending to the season especially with the 'fluke' of a sweep this year.

i'm rooting for texas pretty much, I feel that they are solid and will definitely turn some heads. duke as always too, and of course the 'cats but I just hope we make it in. it would be my luck that when i'm here arizona ruins the streak. sigh.

Thanks for the edit and suggesting the PAC-10 is actually the Pac-10. If I'm confused about the correct application, I'm in good company. If you visit the Pac-10 web site, over a third of the usages are PAC-10. My history goes back to the PCC, which was correct usage by every reference checked. That was the era yours truly was considering college options. It was a big deal when the PCC became the Pac-8. Much of the time you would find the common reference to be PAC-8, rather than Pac-8. When the two Arizona schools were added, never noticed a change to Pac-10 rather than PAC-10.

Since at least two-thirds of the references on the home page of the conference indicate Pac-10, I stand corrected. The veil of ignorance is lifted! Also, every reference in the conference history posted on the website is Pac-10. Pac-10 it is!!!!

Since you've taught me something new, the day is done. And at 10:30am no less. Awesome.

hell froze over. but now it's defrosted. asu is back in the basement of the pac where they should be (or on their way back down) and cats.. well you probably watched the games this weekend.

We're in the process of installing a new photo system, so we've been experiencing a few glitches here and there. As the application is based in Java, we recommend using the most up-to-date version of Firefox: 2.0.0.11. If you still can't get it to work, don't worry, the editors are more than happy to take care of it for you. :)

Oh, there's still big time hate. It's mostly apparent with the diehards that followed the 'Cats in their national run. I told everyone to get over it- it was so long ago and it's not like I'm wearing ASU stuff. I work in the student government office on campus and I was told numerous times if I sported ANYTHING Duke on campus they wouldn't let me in.
It's great though to occasionally wear one of my sweatshirts and look at all the silent, glaring eyes that pass me by.
People ask me now, though, if they were both playing in the title, who would I root for- and for a while I said both, since I'd be SO SO happy that both my teams made it. But recently I decided I'd root for AZ since we need another championship, I AM a wildcat of course, and Duke has enough to last them for a while. But I'd be definitely beyond any happiness I've known if both made it in (even at least to the Final Four..) maybe this year? 'Cats gotta stay on top now esp with a good PAC10 schedule coming up. The Memphis game will be clutch + we can see how good they truly are. I hope they don't fold like UNC last year.. that was a disaster. The fans showed up but the team didn't. Anyway, I'm rambling. Have a merry christmas!

I am living proof that I can be both a Duke fan and Arizona fan. Why can't you like more than one team? It's not like I LOVE UNC and love Duke.. or I love Arizona and Arizona State (shudder).

It's all in the family. And, for the record, I rooted for Duke in the championship in '01. All my 'Cats buddies were SO mad to hear me say that, but I had no interest in Arizona until years later.

And hey it's all good cuz it's one big love for the sport of basketball.

I agree on Arizona State, but they are not playing this weekend. With the small amount of time I have available to write articles, I try to keep them short and sweet. Spencer Graham and I were talking about Arizona State today and you could certainly add them to the Kansas - Ohio State argument. The Sun Devil pass defense is among the best in the country and with CAL fading, the Devils, Ducks and Trojans are now the favorite. If UCLA wins the PAC-10 this year, they will lose all credibility in the polls and national championship arguments. This would be used against the PAC-10 by the CFA alliance for years, and with all the other Dope they have on us...it doesn't bode well. Pray that the Bruins, no disrespect intended, don't win the PAC this year.
