    Hey Dan,

    To get the em-dash, here are a couple of options:

    On a Mac, the em-dash is produced by holding down SHIFT and OPTION, then pressing the dash button. On a PC, hold down ALT and then press 0-1-5-1 on the numeric keypad. If you're working on a PC without a numeric keypad, you'll have to copy and paste em-dashes as necessary.

    Let me know if these options don't work.
