I'm a college student living in New England. I love baseball, and I'm a proud Cubs fan. I'm also pretty big on horse racing, college football, college basketball, golf, and hockey.

I believe Ty Cobb is the best baseball player to ever have graced the game, and I will debate you till the end of time if you dare try and tell me I'm wrong.

I'm a little old school. I believe socks should be worn high, hats should be worn straight, players should hustle down the first base line even on routine ground balls, and baseball should be played outdoors without designated hitters.

Well, okay then. It's always nice to meet a sports fan whose allegiances go beyond simple regional biases (like mine). So your dad was a Lions and Cubs fan? Did he just have a thing for cursed franchises?
