I'm part of the on-call copy editing team here at B/R! I come from a sports/media family that includes announcers, reporters, producers/directors, camera crew and graphics team. I root for my home teams so I get to keep my family at home and go to games! Haha... and for other reasons. I love going to games with press passes and seeing things behind the scenes, which is kind of what an editor does too.

I recently graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz; thus, I know the best mascot in existence is the banana slug!

    Thanks for the edit, Katie. Article looks great. I do have a question. At one point, I was told to abbreviate positions, such as LB. It seems that those are being changed back to being spelled out lately. Which way should it be?
