Texas Tech Becoming Defensive? Red Raiders' D Leading Way to Bowl Game
11/10/2009
I went to Texas Tech, graduated in December 2007. After living a year in Houston upon graduating from that fine institutional establishment, I moved back to Lubbock. I have no idea what I am going to be doing three months from now, but I know college football is here to stay in my life and I will always love to banter about it. If you have any questions or want to argue with me over why the Big 10 sucks I'll be glad to oblige!
Hey Stephen!
Im jd and am looking around for the big 12's best defenders! From tech, I really like defensive ends sharpe and howard, but wanted to know your opinion. Are these guys good team leaders or consistent and reliable? is there anyone else you'd reccomend looking at? I was also wondering if you thought these d-ends are succesful because of good coverage from the secondary and if any DB has stood out?
I'd appreciate your opinion!!!

I feel bad, cuz Tech D' has stepped up, yet only sharpe has the top-line numbers to be considered an all big 12 guy, and red raiders are getting rep shafted!
To be honest, it may be hard to see sharpe there, just because his numbers make him look pretty one dimensional. I really like Aldon Smith from Mizzou as a freshie, and beal from OU, but I definitely wanted your input.
appreciate the help!!!
