I'm a recent graduate of DePaul University and aspiring journalist. I have a Bachelor's in journalism with minors in Spanish and political science. I have worked as an intern at The Chicago Reporter and the Chicago Tribune.

I have been a sports lover for as long as I can remember. A Chicago native that has lived in the Twin Cities since the age of six, I am a hybrid fan. I root intensely for the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs, but have taken sides with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Wild since living up here.

I really enjoy editing other people's work, which is mostly what I will be doing here for Bleacher Report. I love getting feedback and discussing the best way of expressing something, so don't be afraid to call me out.

    Joe, thanks for changing the name of the referee to the guy who was actually the right one. I couldn't find any indication of it in the box scores, so I threw out the name of Ed Hochuli since he is a well known ref and it was a satire article anyway.
