Ruth or Mays?
Mays. I'm biased because I've never seen film of Ruth playing great defense, and we see the Mays catch in the Polo Grounds constantly.
Unitas or Montana?
Unitas. Honestly, both had their flaws, but Unitas did a lot with lesser talent.
Jordan or Russell?
Jordan. As an individual player, Jordan had far more skill and lesser talent around him.
Gretzky or Orr?
Gretzky
Pele or Maradona?
Pele
Federer or Sampras?
Federer. Sampras never had a rival like Nadal, so it's hard to compare. I want to see Federer beat Nadal at Roland Garros before this is definitively answered. Actually, I think Nadal will be part of this question in 5 years...
Tiger or Nicklaus?
Tiger. Nobody is as dominant as Tiger.
Petty or Earnhardt?
Uh...
Schumacher or Senna?
See above...
Pac 10, Big 12, Big 10, SEC, ACC, or Big East?
ACC (non-homer answer is SEC for football, but still ACC for basketball)
