the greatest playoff run ever in football that ended with Super Bowl XL, Super Bowl XLIII

So far, Game 3 of the 2008 NLDS at Dodger Stadium, beating the Cubs. First postseason series win since thw 1988 World Series

  • Most Unbreakable Sports Record

Joe DiMaggio's 56 game hitting streak and a complete perfect season in the NFL

  • Ruth or Mays?

Mays, because he played when there was no color line and played his entire career in the live ball era. Ruth did pitch well in the beginning, but Mays was the greatest CF of all time.

  • Unitas or Montana?

Unitas, because he set the bar for all modern QBs. Montana was the greatest West Coast QB, Unitas was the greatest QB period.

  • Jordan or Russell?

Michael Jordan because he won with lesser talent than Bill Russell. Jordan could dominate the game from both sides also, not just on defense

  • Gretzky or Orr?

Gretzky because he was the best ever. Orr was the best defenseman ever but Gretzky is the Great One for a reason

  • Pele or Maradona?

Pele, the greatest, although Maradona wasn't bad either.

  • Federer or Sampras?

Federer because he won the French Open unlike Sampras, giving Federer the slight edge

  • Tiger or Nicklaus?

Nicklaus but Tiger is closing in fast

  • Petty or Earnhardt?

Earnhardt because I am not sure if Petty could win in modern-day NASCAR (with science and restrictor plate) like Earnhardt did

  • Schumacher or Senna?

    Schumacher hands down

  • ACC, Big 12, Big East, Big Ten, Pac-12 or SEC?

    SEC football rules all!!

i think the steelers do have the ingredients to get to the SB ,and a lose like this is a wake up call ,and we shall see how they play next week.i think if they play well next week ,and win were in a positive direction ,but if another lose well then we have problems that run deeper than we realize.we play better when we are the underdogs ,and i think they get a little to confident when they are the favorites.

    Hey Chris,

After the thrilling Monday Night shootout in Chicago, the Vikings have continued to collapse, and now the Eagles control their own destiny for the second seed. Appreciate any feedback given.
