About

Overall sports enthusiast. I avidly watch the EPL, NBA, NFL, College FB, College BB (March Madness), Tennis (Grand Slams) and Cricket. Also, I am always up to date on current news taking place within the world of sports whether it be trades, transfers, lockouts, management, etc.

My go-to TV channel is ESPN and the shows I usually keep up with are Sportscenter (who here doesn't) and ESPN First Take.

I enjoyed watching the breakdown and analysis of games and discussing them. I am also interested in analyzing the overall success of a program/team. Recently, I've taken a keen interest in College FB and successful programs of the decade. What makes them successful? Is it money? If so, how do they generate more than other teams. And just like everyone else on this website, I can not live without sports.

Thanks man. I was a Big-Ten fan when I lived in Chicago but after living in Sin City for 21 years I have become a big SEC follower as they seem to shine more in the three big sports: baseball, basketball and football. But the Big-Ten will be great in hoops this year and I'm also looking forward to UNLV kicking some butt.

As far as John Wooden, I always thought he was like a grandfather eight times removed but when looking through the genealogy stuff my Grandmother put together I found out I was/am a distant cousin. Also related to William the Conqueror and Harry Truman among others. And no, I never got to meet John Wooden but am very proud of the legacy of decency he left. I have the SI cover of him in the prime spot on my picture wall.

Hey mate, thanks for the feedback, and the fan add. I agree, Lukaku isn't exactly known for his finesse, and he might need to improve technically to fit in the new Chelsea. But, first things first, let him carry on the good work at West Brom. By the end of the season, we'll be in a good position to evaluate him

Thanks for dubbing me one of your Favorite Writers. Anyone who has Chelsea-Bayern as their favorite game, Chelsea as one of their favorite teams and Didier Drogba as one of their favorite athletes is my type of person.
