Hey Pat
PE is the perfect choice. The friendly city is hosting games all the way through to the semi final and is the quietest city in SA. Depends what your looking for? Party? Family?
This part of SA is extremely modern and cheaper than the likes of Cape Town or Joburg (Only reason to go there is the final) haha
