When it's written as Round 1, yes all numbers are in digit form. Most often, numbers under 10 are written out but of course there are at least a dozen exceptions. Here's the Style Guide for the other ones: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AoTw9Kwt3agydDBkMTVqXzNmcHBDM0c3WkdtYlBKd0E&hl=en&pli=1#gid=0

Geez, one little comment about a Cavalier and you act like I raped your mother. You're the one who messed up. If I had known that you were that insecure about and defensive of your article that anything less than a positive comment would result in you creeping my profile and looking up my entire history I might have stayed away from that crap you call a report.
But since you DID look at my history you should know that I've only actually been using my account for about 2 weeks. (Yes I know it says I joined in '08.) You're right though. Maybe I should write an article, even though I only started looking at this website 2 weeks ago and as you can see, I already have a number of occupations keeping me tied up day and night.
However, if I did start writing I would certainly maintain an identity that would reflect nothing but the utmost professionalism, and not tear down the first person who voices an opinion different than my own. And if I did, I certainly wouldn't give them crap by bringing up irrelevant information I read on their profile.
Grow up buddy. If I'm such a "pathetic" "douche" why are you even bothering to talk to me? Are you that self-righteous that you feel you must put everyone who writes an over the top though entirely true "about me" section in their place? This is what I do with my free time, I love it, and no one will ever stop me. You should spend a little more of YOUR free time checking your facts and working on your people skills. Crap journalism deserves to be called out.
