I am an elementary school teacher, a husband, and a proud father of four children. Somehow, I still manage to find time to be an avid sports fan.
My first love as always been the Indianapolis Colts. My father took me to my first game in 1985, and we've been season ticket holders since 1987. I enjoy following Colts' news throughout the year and discussing game strategies during the season.
If I'm not watching Colts, I am keeping up to date on the college sports scene in Indiana and Kentucky. The Indiana Hoosiers, Purdue Boilermakers, Louisville Cardinals, and Kentucky Wildcats are teams I follow during football and basketball seasons.
Personally, I am ending a dozen years away from sports journalism. It was my original major in college and the passion for writing about sports has never left my blood. I look forward to everyone's comments about my articles and I'm always willing to discuss a little Colts football.

This past Monday, I had one of the greatest opportunities of my writing career.
An interview with NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback, Fran Tarkenton.
He talked about everything from Brett Favre, to Peyton Manning, to business.
If you have a free moment, I'd love to get your thoughts on the interview...
