About Christopher »

Welcome Bleacher Report users, my name is Chris Chavez. I live in New York and have been a die-hard Yankee fan my entire life and never take my off of the baseball world 24/7. I attend Xavier High School in Manhattan and want to become a journalist in the future. I write for my school newspaper, The Review. This year I have been named Editor-In-Cheif of the Review. My favorite baseball player of All-Time is the Yankee captain himself, Derek Jeter. I look forward to publishing several stories that you might enjoy reading!

Check out some of the newspapers that I have helped put together over the last 2 years at my high school: http://activity.xavierhs.org/newspaper/Index.htm

Follow Me on Twitter: twitter.com/yankeebatboy23

I could soon start writing for nyhoops.com on NY High School Basketball, Stay Tuned for more details.
