Pele no question because Diego Maradona scored "the hand of god" goal in the 1986 world cup which we all know wasn't a goal and Pele won 3 cups and was also the youngest to win just one.

Pac 10, Big 12, Big 10, SEC, ACC, or Big East?
In football I have to give the nod to the SEC, because each and every week each team has a very tough game. In basketball I have to give the nod to the ACC because they have not only Duke but also North Carolina and have traditionally been a powerhouse conference and have had good teams for longer than the Big East although the Big 10 has a little more competition from top to bottom.
