Grew up in 1980s with Baltimore Orioles baseball and Cal Ripken Jr. Still remember 1983 season and Cal catching the final out. Couple days later went downtown to see the parade and even missed a standardize school test to see the parade. No football in Maryland after the Colts left town that snowy wintery night in January. Started rooting for the Ravens once they came to town. Loved the 2000 season and seeing one of the greatest defenses of all times. Every time I hear Rich Gannon call a Ravens game I think he still hurts when Tony Siragusa crushed him. But I digress. Attend Bowie Baysox games to see the future of the Baltimore Orioles. Go O's! Go Ravens! Fear the Turtle!
