About

Sidonie is a twenty-something who hails from a large city somewhere in the United States. (She likes to be very vague about these sorts of things.) She has very little interest in anything but real football, which is probably good, because she spends a great deal of energy and time on it. Barcelona and Valencia are her biggest passions, but she loves La Liga in general.

She also is a big fan of numbers and facts. Don't be surprised if you make an offhanded comment about how Messi "always" does [x] and she corrects you. That's just who she is.

If you're really curious about some of the statistics she wastes her time on, you can read her blog. It is a new blog, with not much on it, and it's not all stats, but a fair amount of it is. The stats deal with things like Uefalona (the results of which are actually super interesting) and how much Chelsea lucked into the CL title. Everything else is... various football stuff. Or will be. As I said, it's a young blog.

I find its quite impressive you guys managed too do so without Tito for half the year. I think Madrid realized near the start that since they had dropped points, they were never going to be able to keep up. They also had a mid season crisis didnt they?

Thanks :) I've linked yours to him too..... and also reminded him not to EVER argue with you because you always win XD

We will have to give him one more yr to truly see his coaching abilities. Barca's liabilities are the full backs rushing forward and ignoring defensive duties. Pique had a bad season but I think he is a good defender.

Yes health was the only angle, not in terms of questioning his coaching. I think health comes first and he should rest.

Is Vilanova going to stay? Heard some rumors about Heynckes joining Barca? He is either retiring or going to Spain thats for sure.
