I like many sports-- mostly football, volleyball and track, but only tend to follow closely when a team or personality intrigues me-- and then I follow verrrry closely. I have only begun recently to delve into sports journalism, and have developed an interest in statistics. Being an ex-financial analyst, I love to dig into numbers. But I am also right brained by nature-- so the human aspect of sports is also very interesting to me. I love to write, and use it as a way to funnel masses of information I've come across into one train of thought. I have recently discovered the world of blogging-- I am technologically delayed, but not hopeless. (That's our yellow lab Koa-- not me, by the way.)

My plan is to write up a small piece on it, but yeah, it was pretty cool. They mostly stuck with the basics, Brennan, The Redskins, Snyder, a little about Favre, and some on Zorn. It was cool, It was my first major interview, so I hope it went well. They said they would send me a copy of it so I will see.

Appreciate the kudos Pat, and I'm glad you enjoy my writing. Are you from Hawaii? I ask because I did an interview with am1500 yesterday about Colt and the Redskins. Jim and Kanoa Leahey? It was a lot of fun.
