Sorry for the late response. I haven't really noticed the opposite-field approach, although his fastball-curveball speed change could cause that. All I've been noticing is hits off of Vogey.
I really hope he gets back to regular form by the playoffs!

My browser was having some issues with the reply function on your last comment, but I see what you're saying about the pitch/FX data - (as you pointed out with Bum's two-seamer).
Also, I wanted to ask if you'd noticed how batters have taken the opposite field approach against Vogelsong over the last few starts - especially right handers? Maybe that's been the case all season, but it resulted in a few hits last start (as I recall).
